Are you a safe and trusted store?

Yes, 100% safe and legit! We value trust and transparency. We are Tear Drop PH and follow our Facebook and Instagram pages for customer feedback, reviews, and proof of purchases.

Are your products authentic?

  • Yes, we only offer 100% authentic pairs sourced from trusted local and international retailers. At Tear Drop PH, authenticity is our top priority.
  • All items go through quality checks and are shipped fully insured.

How to Order?

How to Order Online:

  • Browse products, choose your size, and add to cart.
  • Fill in your Name, Contact Number, and Delivery Address etc.
  • Select payment method and click Complete Order.
  • Payment instructions will appear after clicking Complete Order.

Order Changes/Cancellations:

  • Allowed if payment hasn’t been made.
  • Once paid, changes/cancellations won’t be accepted.

Order Processing Time:

  • 1–2 business days after payment.
  • Once processed, we will ship.
  • No rush orders.

Payment Methods:

  • G-Cash and Bank transfer.
  • Credit/debit cards coming soon.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • Not available.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

  • Metro Manila: 3-7 business days
  • Provincial Areas: 7-12 business days

Please note that these timeframes are estimated and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

How much is the shipping fee?

  • Shipping rates may vary depending on the destination and courier service.
  • Shipping cost will be automatically calculated at checkout.
  • Free Shipping on Orders ₱15,000 and above.

Do you offer international shipping?

  • Currently, we only ship within the Philippines.

Returns

Can I return or exchange my order?

  • Return (Exchange or Refund) requests must be requested within 7 days after delivery.

Who covers the return shipping costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Sizing Guide

How do I know my shoe size?

  • We follow standard Nike, Adidas, New Balance, Asics, Puma and other brand's sizing.
