Exchange

Exchange Policy (Size Swap Only):

  • If you're unhappy with the shoe size, we offer a size swap.
  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a swap.
  • Once confirmed, return the item, and we’ll ship the new size.
  • Size swap is subject to stock availability.
  • Only one size swap request allowed.

Refund

You may request a refund if:

  • The item is proven fake (must provide supporting proof).
  • The package was unsealed upon delivery.
  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Refunds are NOT allowed for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Wrong size selection by the customer (proceed with size swap).
  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality.

Return Policies

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags intact, and in the same condition as received.
  • The buyer is responsible for shipping costs for exchanges and refunds.

  • Let’s protect together

    We recommend recording your unboxing to ensure the product wasn’t tampered with. This helps protect both you and Tear Drop PH and is required for any return claims.
